What we collect and why
Contact form submissions
Name, email address, company name, website, and the message you send. Used to respond to your enquiry. Not shared with third parties.
Newsletter sign-ups (Field Notes)
Email address and, optionally, first name. Used to send the Field Notes newsletter. Processed by our email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Analytics (with consent)
Anonymised page-visit and click data collected via GoDaddy Signals (SCC C2) only after you accept analytics cookies. Used to understand how visitors use the site. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
Server logs
Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). Retained for a short period for security and debugging. Not used for profiling.
Legal bases for processing
We process contact and newsletter data on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics data is processed only with your explicit consent. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Analytics are collected via GoDaddy Signals only after you accept analytics cookies. GoDaddy Signals may process anonymised page-visit and interaction data. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
Google Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and browser information when fonts are loaded. This occurs before any cookie consent choice is made and is disclosed in our Cookie Policy.
Chatwoot (contact form)
Contact form submissions are processed via Chatwoot, a customer support platform. Data submitted through the contact form (name, email, message and any other fields you complete) is transmitted to Chatwoot for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
OpenAI (Ask Numou — currently inactive)
Ask Numou is an AI-powered assistant. When active, questions you submit are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you. This feature is currently inactive.
KIRIM.EMAIL (Field Notes newsletter)
If you sign up for Field Notes, your email address and optional first name are transmitted to KIRIM.EMAIL, our email service provider, for the purpose of sending the newsletter. A double opt-in confirmation is required before you are added to the list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep your data
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per GoDaddy's data retention policy. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.
Automated processing
Ask Numou is an AI-powered assistant currently inactive on this site. When active, it will process questions you submit to generate automated responses using OpenAI's API. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you.
International transfers
Our hosting infrastructure is operated by GoDaddy, which may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or Mexico, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.
Your rights (ARCO)
Under applicable law you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information we hold about you (ARCO rights: Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación, Oposición).
